A design partnership is built around running NYRDAN™ inside the partner's own environment, on their own delivery data, while the product is still being shaped. What the briefing needs to say, and what counts as delivery health, gets decided against your operating model rather than a generic one.
What you get. Principal-led deployment included, not quoted separately. A read-only collector in your own cloud; your operational data never leaves your environment. One connection leaves it, by design: a hash of each evidence record reaches an independent time-stamping authority, which sees a digest and nothing else. Direct influence on what the product reports and how.
What we ask. Access to the systems that already hold your delivery data, a named executive sponsor, and written reference rights for the engagement. Reference rights are asked for explicitly and in writing, never assumed.
It starts with a diagnostic, not a pitch.
The Delivery Health Assessment is a fixed-fee, three-week, principal-led, read-only diagnostic. It produces an Executive Delivery Briefing: observation, evidence, diagnosis, recommended path. It is always paid, and the fee is credited in full toward a pilot commenced within 60 days.
Accountability is the point.
Engagements are principal-led. Onyx Ingenuity delivers with a named accountable lead who owns the outcome from scope through deployment, supported by Onyx Ingenuity personnel and, where specialized capability is required, approved partners engaged under Onyx Ingenuity's confidentiality and quality standards. Scope, ownership, and the path to deployment are agreed before work starts, and the accountable lead does not change hands mid-engagement.
Credentials, not badges.
The founder holds Adobe Digital Experience Developer certification, verified current. Certification is an individual credential earned by examination, independent of any vendor partner tier.
