Our Commitment
Onyx Ingenuity, LLC is committed to a website that is usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an engineering requirement, not an aspiration: our site is built, tested, and measured against recognized standards before changes ship.
Conformance Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Some third-party content or platform components may not be fully within our control; known limitations are described below.
How We Test
Accessibility on this site is verified with evidence, not assumed:
- Automated accessibility measurement runs against every page as part of our engineering pipeline, and changes that reduce accessibility scores are flagged before release.
- Reduced-motion support: the site honors the "prefers-reduced-motion" setting. Visitors who set this preference receive full content with animation removed.
- Keyboard navigation, semantic HTML structure, and descriptive alternative text are implemented and checked.
- Color contrast is designed and verified against WCAG contrast requirements.
- Interactive controls are sized and labeled for assistive technologies and touch use, and verified on physical devices, including mobile hardware.
Accessibility Widget (UserWay)
The Site includes the UserWay accessibility widget, a third-party assistive tool that lets visitors apply adjustments such as contrast, text sizing, and navigation aids while browsing. The widget is provided, operated, and updated by UserWay; we embed it across the Site, and improvements to the widget itself are delivered by UserWay rather than by us. The widget supplements, and does not replace, the accessibility engineering described above.
Known Limitations
Some functionality is provided by third-party platforms and services. We select vendors with accessibility in mind, but we do not control third-party components and cannot guarantee their full conformance. If a third-party component blocks your access to content, contact us and we will provide the content in an alternative form where reasonably possible.

Continuous Improvement
Accessibility review is part of our ongoing engineering practice. We re-evaluate the site as content and technology change, and we track accessibility findings with the same discipline as any other engineering defect.
