Request a Delivery Health Assessment
A Foundation Pilot comes first, and the Delivery Health Assessment is what it leads to. The pilot looks at an isolated scope of your own delivery estate, read-only, and is designed to return a first page an executive can act on. The advisory inside the assessment is the human reading of it: what it means, what to do, and in what order.
What you receive
The first page is the deliverable, and it is written to be read by an executive rather than interpreted for one. It carries:
- a timeline of what is done and what remains, with the milestones that decide the date
- what went well, stated plainly enough to repeat
- what is likely to be cited later, surfaced before it is cited
- internal sentiment, as it actually reads across the people doing the work
- the decision points ahead, and what each one turns on
The findings are designed to be produced by the software, from your own estate, rather than written by us. That is the point of them: what you receive is meant to be what your own systems say, assembled, not an opinion about your delivery with our name on it. You can take the findings to anyone.
The advisory follows, and it is engaged against what was actually found. A named accountable lead works the findings that exist, in the order they matter: what they mean in your context, what to change, and the order to change it in. Scoped to what was found rather than to what might be.
What it costs to find out
Three steps, and the first one is on us.
- The pilot is covered. We run it at our cost, against a scope you name and agree in writing before anything begins.
- The license is what keeps the findings coming. The pilot is a first look. A license is what turns it into something that keeps telling you where you are. Term, scope, and support agreed in the contract.
- The advisory is engaged against what was actually found. Not a retainer and not a fixed program: a named accountable lead, working the findings that exist, in the order they matter.
Scope, and what it takes
Scope is agreed in writing before anything begins, and the pilot runs against that scope and nothing else. Commercial terms are discussed directly rather than published here, because the right shape depends on the estate and on how much of it you want looked at. The pilot is the one stated exception: it is covered, and that is said on this page rather than left to a conversation.
Confidentiality
Under your NDA, and read-only throughout. We ask for no write access and make no changes to your systems. The scope is isolated and agreed in advance, and what we see stays inside the engagement.
Our security disclosure is the record for how data is handled, and nothing on this page states anything stronger than that page does. Where the two could be read differently, that page governs.
Start the conversation
The form below opens a conversation, not an order. Tell us who you are, what estate you would want looked at, and what decision is waiting on it. A named lead replies, and the first exchange is about whether a pilot is the right next step at all.
