What is true today about how NYRDAN™ treats your systems and your data, in writing and in one place. This page carries only what is true as of the date below.

As of October 16, 2026.

02: In your environment

How NYRDAN runs

  • In your own cloud tenant. NYRDAN runs inside your environment, under your controls.
  • Read-only by construction. Write attempts against your systems are refused.
  • Every outbound call is listed. The one that leaves by design is described below.
  • Signed, timestamped evidence. Every evidence record is signed, and every checkpoint is RFC 3161 timestamped, in production since September 10, 2026.
03: What leaves

What leaves your environment

One connection leaves your environment, by design: each evidence record is independently timestamped by a third party. The record itself never leaves, and the third party learns nothing about what it contains. Its independence is what makes the time evidence rather than our own word.

  • What leaves. What a third party needs to witness the time. Nothing about what the record contains.
  • What never leaves. The record, its contents, and any of your data in any form.
04: Disclosure

Reporting a vulnerability

Vulnerability reports go to the disclosure address on our Security page, which is the channel of record for them.
